CUNY visit with Greg Bruce

We welcomed Greg Bruce and a student group from the City University of New York (CUNY) to GRaB Eco Park for a day on Country — sharing knowledge, trying hands-on making with natural and recycled materials, and stamping a memento of Yunbenun (Magnetic Island) to take home.

CUNY Earth Day in New York

The collaboration continued at CUNY’s Earth Day event in New York, where students presented the work they began with GRaB Eco Park. Their posters shared what they had learned about biodiversity on Magnetic Island, Caring for Country, and grassroots-led conservation — bridging the exchange between Yunbenun and the CUNY community.
